Starting Tuesday April 21st the temporary work from home shift will be Tuesday through Friday 3pm to 9pm. Must have a minimum of $298 in revenue by end of shift Thursday to be permitted to work Friday. Please remember if you do not have 24 hours in you will be paid at a rate of 25% commission. Everybody has been doing a great job working from home during these tough times. Hopefully we will be back in the office together soon! But in the mean time keep working hard!

INSTRUCTIONS

If working from home, then you’ll need to load the dialer on your home computer.

Only devices operating Microsoft Windows are eligible. MAC’s, Chrome books, Android or Apple tablets will not allow home access.

You must have internet explorer or Microsoft Edge.

Step 1: Plug USB headset into computers USB slot and wait for it to show its connected.

Step 2: Open IE or MS Edge and in address bar type gvdialer.chasedatacorp.com/agent/windows

Step 3: Click “Open”

Step 4: Click “Install”

Step 5: Click “Run”

Step 6: Login as usual
